*B,BG – For hugs and kisses sake.  This “push me out of my comfort zone to build my delectable repertoire and character” Body, By God healthier version of what I normally make.

**4H – I don’t use recipe cards for everything;  Most times I just gather, mix and hope for the best. However, it was brought to my attention that not everyone likes this method of madness in the kitchen. So, I have created the 4H recipe. 4H by the name of the recipe means I am eyeballing the amounts and gu-estimating the measurements.  It’s for(4) Heather(H), ’cause I appreciate her point of view (and Mark, because I listened)!!

  • Pasta e Fagioli without noodles
  • Almond Butter and Apples
  • Crab Salad on Croissant Roll
